I woke up very early and even packed my stuffs the night before to save time. I need to print my boarding pass and will need more time to explore the airport (or so I plan). After waiting for about 15-20 minutes before the receptionist appeared to check out and return my key, I walked ahead to the direction of the station. It was still dark outside. It's just that I was stupid enough not to notice that Lawson actually has English menu for their printing service and instead I went to 7-11 (which was nearer) and challenging myself with their full-of-katakanas-printing machine. Whatever, I thought, if this goes wrong I could just take one step back or abort it and do it all over again. So I did, took some steps twice or thrice over and finally got my document from USB disk printed. It was cheap, only 10 yen for a leaf of white and black printing.
By the time I reached the station, the sun is slowly appearing. It was cold, that morning, and I heard from some people that Fukuoka was snowing yesterday. Wow, I thought, I might be seeing snow! And on top of that: in Fukuoka! Not here in Tokyo, but Fukuoka! Can you imagine it? (which is totally overboard thought). I took the train that get me off at Tokyo Station and walked out of the place to got on the bus that will take me to Narita Airport. This time I'm not lost in the big station as I kinda leisurely walking through it. It is right, when you calmer you can find yor way better, haha. Can't help it though, with a quite heavy baggage on my hand I need to walk slower. Which gave me times to take a look around the station (found some numbers of souvenir shops!). Got on board of my bus safely: I'm using Access Narita, it's only 1000 yen and you can pay it right away before you get off, no reservation and such. Cheap, easy, faster, to put it simply.
The plane is boarding pretty much on schedule, but even when we're aboard we still have to wait for the queue (?) so the plane was actually taking off late. I was thrilled: this was my first domestic flight! Moreover, it's aboard! Haha. Tokyo-Fukuoka is around 2 hours or so and on flight we could see over the Fujiyama and the mountains area around. I was lucky because I got the window seat so I took some gorgeous photos of that. The sun rays is cooperating with me, and it looks more beautiful from above. We arrived safely at Fukuoka Airport nevertheless it's about 45 minutes late. I guess dometic flight is just the same anywhere, haha. Oh! Have I mentioned that I met fans whom also boarding the same flight with me? One of them brought a Love totebag with her, so of course I recognized her right away. Oh, the power of Arashi.
I made a promise to meet my friend at Hakata Station but I stupidly took the wrong bus that took me the opposite way to the station, haha. I know I'll never understand bus system in Japan! Singapore's is much easier! Tho I'll definitely take the MRT. Lucky I'm taking the right bus to get back but of course it took more times... and I arrived pretty late at Hakata Bus Terminal. Met my friend there, bought some daifuku (local speciality it says) and joining the already long queue of fans to take the bus right away to the Dome. The security guards help us form the queue and get on board safely. It took quite some times, but we're finally heading right away to Yafuoku! Dome. YAY. Arashi, here I come!!!!! *insert super duper excited face here*
Turned out the bus isn't the fastest way to reach the dome, credits to the route and traffic, but at least the bus stop we got off from is right in front of it. Inside the bus is very hot with Japan's overheating system and a packed of sandwiched fans (it's indeed crowded!) you could see we make the windows glass misty LOL. So we're glad when we're got out of the bus. Yes, finally fresh air! Brrr, it's cold outside! And no snow! I just realized haha. Instead it was a very bright day with the sun smiling. Hey, it's almost 4! So we need to get really quick in buying the goods we want in order to get inside on time.
I'll make a separate post on the concert itself along with what happened right before and after it. Of course, it will feature an abundant amount of my thoughts! ARASHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!
